Ok, I pretty much know I have a Vac. leak. I can hear a high pitched whistle while maintaining speed. I don't noticed it while accelerating or decelerating. What are the chances that that leak is tripping codes 3 and 13? And if there's any way possible for you to narrow it down on where to look would be greatly appreciated.
