Default is it possible to install 98 gsr motor into crx???

i heard it is not possible cuz i would not be able to run a hydro transmission only a cable transmission is that right?

U can have a usdm b18c1

or jdm b18c

u have to have a hydro conversion mounts

hasports has these

avid racing mounts

place racing mounts

it is possible

any b series will fit in a crx w/ mounts

of courses

i have a jdm b16a SiR

in my 88 crx si

it worked thanks to place racing mounts

running cable tranny

jdm Y1 non lsd

but could turn hydro
will need a hydro conversion kit

anyways hope i could help

sorry
i write short

anyway i can with either to have
home made linkage

or solid billet shift linkage

u can make yo own

and save 189 bucks

i made mines home made

use a metal cutter

and weld it back

and that's it

should last forever

i will okay

x2--tell the shop owner he is a dumb ******.......the only issue would be the intake
manifold....but thats easy to swap out for a B16 or S2

GSR SUPER EASY these rex's now are doing K series so GSR no problem should do it better then a b16...

a lot of shops just dont like doing custom work.its not as easy as like okay pop the motor in done. you need to redo some wiring install mounts, buy or make a shift linkage. a lot of shops dont like dealing with that type of ****/

buying mounts and shift linkage aint nothing CUSTOM its all OEM parts you can buy if your doing it for a rex really man its totally easy....only custon thing you got to do is hit the side of your drivers side in where the alt is going to be at thats it thats only custom you got and it doesnt cost you anything just a hammper
