slr advice s2k inside
Just waxed my S and I decided I wanted to take some pictures. I've had the camera for about 4 months now, and I'm not sure on my progress. Any advice on ANY of the pictures would be great! It's only a d40 with the 18/55 lens. I know the location isnt pretty, but thats one thing I can change fairly easily.

it's not really the best to be taking pictures shooting into the sun.. if you shoot from the other side it will light up the car nicely instead of getting glare from the sun and really high/low shadowing

don't shoot your car next to another one. hahaha. not good to take pics of it in shadows. but you're okay.
remember to try shooting with the sun to your back as well.

in pic 2 it looks like you used a lot of shadow/highlight tool....tone that down a little.
also when you shoot, dont shoot in the shadows, shoot the lighted side of the car
