i have just orderd an after market radiator with headers .........i installed the headers but the the down pipe sounds like its ratling(only when on 1500 rpms)..... not sure of what to do with that..................the radiator i got doesn't allow the hoses to go on compltely........and will not allow the hood to close if any 1 can help plz do ...thanx

 

about the header...you may have to put your car on a lift and see where it's rubbing, causing the rattle. As for the radiator, can you take a pic or maybe use a longer/larger hose? Is there more space on the bottom that you can possible move the 2 mounting studs so you can close hood? Or can you return it??
