A/C warm during idle, cold when moving

A/C warm during idle, cold when moving
A/C gets warm when the car is at idle and only cools if the car is moving. Anyone know the cause of this? Thanks in advance.
Btw, it seems that the 98 ek hb did not come with AC from the factory and was installed later.
