Default Hasport Mounts or Innovative?

I've read that Hasport mounts are around $650 and Innovative mounts are like $250 to $350. Is there a big difference in quality? Also what is the difference between billet and steel mounts?

You get what you pay for.

But I have heard positive things about Innovatives. I'll be using innovative mounts for my swap. Ballin on a budget.

I have hasports ef b series cable mounts they were only 350
hydro ones are a little more. The motor doesn't move at all,
does shake the car a little but you get use to it. Go for hasports.

AZ also makes good B series linkages at a good price. I ran them on my old B setup

right on guys thanks for the opinions. i've kind of been wondering what the difference between an oem shift linkage and an aftermarket one would be. doesnt seem like there would be much of an advantage other that strength or somethin is it really worth it?

my hasports melted and they won't waranty them unless i send them the mount off my daily driver wich will put my car down for days There too cheap to send me a $20.00 piece of urethane that probably costs them .50 cents.Go Innovative, heard awesome things about them and there priced right I know I am on my next set. I called em up and they said if they melt they'll send me a new set free now thats customer service..sorry for venting

with a bseries swap you cannot use your stock linkage, you can either use DA shift linkage shortened about an inch, or use aftermarket linkage

would a stock b16 shift linkage work in a crx? also i know this isnt related to the original topic but this is my first swap an im trying to get everything figured out as quickly as possible. i recently bought and adapter kit for crx to integra 11" rotor kit from fastbrakes. i havent seen what this looks like but they say it is an aluminum piece that goes onto the hub but now im wondering if the b16 axles will go into the crx hubs with the adapter kit. thanks again

They probably want to take a look to see what went wrong, or to make sure your not trying to get something out of them. All company's are like this, and knowing hasport they probably would replace the whole mount or press in the new bushing to make sure something else does not go wrong in the future.

I have always dealt with hasport, there products and service are great.

Sorry, no company is just going to send you a free mount with out taking a look at there old product that failed.

By the way hasport mounts can be had for $350 now a days, or around that price. There linkages are $130, and compared to what a new linkage cost, its well worth it.

Ok man thanks for the input. I'm gonna get some Billet mounts from someone when I do.
Whats a ballpark price for a stock DA shift linkage? I work at a body shop and one of the body guys said that he could cut and weld it and he used to weld for a living so I trust him and I'm just trying to save money where I can since I make like $10 an hour and I'm paying for everything out of pocket since I maxed out my one credit card for new rims and brakes.

I like my Innovative billet mounts. I got mine in the black anodized and they look bad *** the finish is real nice.

i spent weeks researching for new mounts, it was down to hasport and innovative... both had same reviews such as motor position, vibration and warranty. the only difference between the mounts are the prices.. hasport being 300-400, where as 180 for my innovatives..

Damn, $180? Where did you get those from. I think I want to go with Innovative if I can get them that cheap.
