I have a stock 91 crx with the original engine and ecu...changed out the piston rings and put engine back together...now the engine idles great but when i rev the engine it will go to just about redline and then fall to 3500rpm and wont rev any higher while bogging out...anyone have an idea of what can be causing this?

 

I am assuming you forgot to hook somehting back up right....we need a little more info. was it running before you rebuilt it? are you throwing any codes?

 

yes the engine was running perfect before i took it apart...and no the ecu is not throwing out any codes...im stumped
