MFactory Competition Oil Cooler Kit
Can't comment on the MFactory unit but my choice would be to go with the Mocal setups put together by BAT:

I put together a setrab setup for $300. Spent right over a $100 for the cooler and then about $200 in fittings and lines. Ran -10an and mounted it to the radiator support between the radiator and condensor. I'm probably going to get some small 3.5" fans since airflow is limited with a FMIC already. I used a mocal sandwhich adapter that has a built in thermostat that doesn't open until around 80-90C.

Im also running a setrab cooler, and my temps have gone down dramatically. They didnt get over 240* at Expo. Previous to installing the cooler, my temps would hit 230 ON THE STREET. Keep in mind this is WITH added heat from a turbo. I havent seen it go over 180* on the street with the cooler installed. The MFactory kit is pretty standard as far as oil cooler kits go.
The cooler (and the size of it) is the most important part but you can save money on the lines, fittings, and sandwich adapters through various sites like ebay (for sandwich adapters) or anplumbing.com or BAT (fittings and lines). or you could always go with rubber hose and worm clamps but risk leaking.
Be careful with remote mounted filters as sometimes it can put more strain on the oil pump causing it to fail and lose oil pressure which can be catastrophic.
