can u use newspaper to mask off windows and body panels for paint?

Default can u use newspaper to mask off windows and body panels for paint?

like title says, will overspray go through newspaper? or should i buy masking paper?

you could use it, but real masking paper has a wax or plastic film on the outside to prevent sepage

thats what I did...had some very light over spray but it worked out great. You could do two layers and be all set.

Thats what I use plain old sunday paper. You dont need to double bag it its not going to seep.

Any overspray on glass will wipe off easy with an SOS pad anyway....
