anyone in cali get their h22a legalized by the smog ref? (did search)
like the topic says... has anyone gotten their swap legalized by the smog ref? i know jdm motors can be used now as stated on the smog ref website. only difference is that they need all the smog equipment of their usdm counter-parts and you need proof that the ecu is the correct one.
