OBD1/OBD2 Differences - H22/23

OBD1/OBD2 Differences - H22/23
Hey guys, first post.
I'm relatively new to he Honda scene, i'm building a touring car for SCCA racing.
Its a Silver '96 CX Hatch. I have an OBD1 H23 motor that I was planning on using. I was wondering, what were the differences between OBD1 and OBD2 H series motors.
What did they change from 95 to 96? Knock sensors? O2 sensors? Crank position sensors?
Any help is appreciated!
