Street/track usage.(I'll be getting adjustible shocks as well)

I want an okay ride for the street, while competitive for the track. What spring rate would be best for front/back?

I will be putting a b18c5 in my car in about a month, FYI.

my guess is first you would need to know the corner weight on each corner of your car and then one of the GURUS in a racing forum might beable to give you some target rates to deal with. Knowing how much all your weights are and where it is is crucial to knowing what you need, I.E. it would be very different if you had a D15 in it instead of a H22, for example. there is over 200lbs difference between those motors and that does matter. But I don't have answers for you that are more specific.

Just call them up directly. If you're completely ready to order, then they can help you out, but if you have no $$$, then you're wasting their time. I talked to Tony last, but I'm pretty sure any of the guys there can give you a hand. Just have your Credit Card in hand. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT KIND OF CHARACTERISTICS you're looking for in the suspension.
"RACE" and "STREET" don't go together. You'll have to make your mind up.
