k can i convert the h23 to an h22 and get the hp as if i put in the h22 in there..

where i purchase an intake manifold for a h23

and a turbo kid.

First off, learn to speak/type coherently. So you're asking if you swapped an H22 in, would it have the same power as an H22? Yes,it would.

Turbo kit. There are many places you can get one. It's best to piece your own kit together, though.

 

If you put a h22 head on a h23 block, it will give you a Frankenstein H23-vtec, but it's more complicated than just switching heads. Do a search, there will be more information on this than you'll know what to do with.
