This kit was designed by a Turbonetics engineer for a project car, so most of the components are Turbonetics / Spearco, and the tubing was built by Turbonetics' welders/fabricators. Here are the details:

Turbonetics T3/T4 ball bearing turbo
(60-1 HiFi / Stage 5 / 0.63 AR / water cooled)

Turbonetics Evolution wastegate

Turbonetics Raptor blow-off valve BOV

Spearco air-to-air front mount intercooler A2A FMIC

Rev Hard cast iron manifold
(with high temp black 1800'F coating)

RC engineering 550cc injectors
(complete with required spacers & pigtail connectors)

Custom designed aluminum airbox
(shields air filter from engine heat & draws cold air from fenderwell)

Perma-cool oil filter relocation kit
(necessary, as turbo sits right where factory oil filter usually is)

Custom designed stainless downpipe
(with high temp black 1200'F coating + heat wrap)

Custom designed steel intercooler tubing
(painted with a textured metallic aluminum paint)

Turbonetics silicone connector hoses & clamps

Misc hoses & clamps (oil supply / oil drain / coolant / vacuum)

Everything has been cleaned, sandblasted and repainted. The turbo, wastegate & blow-off valve have been inspected and/or rebuilt by Turbonetics, so they're nearly new again. The ball bearing turbo is worth nearly $1600 brand new MSRP.

Kit is 95% complete (missing fuel pump, misc nuts/bolts). Although this kit should bolt-on to any 2000-2003 S2K (and probably 2004+, but not sure), it will require a certain amount of mechanical (and turbocharged vehicle) knowledge to piece together & install (since it was a custom kit built for a project car, there are no install instructions or step-by-step pictures).

Asking $3800 for everything listed above
Plus (if interested) $700 for AEM EMS, already tuned for this setup
(EMS alone is roughly $1000, and dyno time for tuning ran up to $500)
