I can vouch for the sound of the Silent Hi-power vs the regular. My friend has'em both, and honestly, the Silent is just as quiet, if not a little quieter then stock. Looks like an aftermarket exhaust, but the sound of a stock one. Pretty crazy. Power is the same, just the tone.
