Default Maybe running into a little extra cash....Exhaust options

yeah maybe getting some extra cash and i narrowed my choices down to these three for my GS-R:
Greddy Exhaust Evo2 Evolution Exhaust System

Greddy Exhaust SP2 Street Perfomance Ver. 2

Apex'i N1 Cat-Back Exhaust System with 115mm Tip

also can anyone recommend a high flow catalytic converter that will fit whatever i decide on.....and also will these parts pass emissions?

carsound cat

of those options, i would pick the sp2 for quietness or apexi n1 for power. the evo2 is loud and has one of the ugliest mufflers ever.

long as you have stock cat, it will pass.

from loud = N1 > evo2 > sp2

gains are pretty much close.

from those three, i'd go with evo2.

i have a apexi n1 on my 94 gsr and it seems to be quieter than my old setup the greddy evo2. i say go with the n1, it's quiet when you are cruising and gets louder when you floor it. way quieter than the evo2 though.

I have an Evo 2 on my b20 vtec and it has a great tone but it's super loud. Alot of people tell me it's because I have a 2 litre is what makes it louder.

i was on kteller.com and if i get 2.5" 22" satin resonator with there 2.5" piping kit, a carsound 2.5" high flow cat and the apexi N1 muffler it would be almost 80 cheaper....the things is with the carsound cat would it have the ports for the o2 sensors?

yeah f--- the buddy club spec II if you're driving the car on the street...it's so incredibly loud, and in my opinion sounds like dick. if you're building a car that needs that kind of exhaust system, just weld some pipes together, it'll be cheaper.

My vote goes to the SP2 hands down. Awesome sound, not too loud, and still fully straight-through. I don't see how it would give you better power than the Apexi N1 if they're the same diameter piping and they're both straight-through. The SP2 is quieter because the resonator and muffler are thicker, allowing them to be able to absorb more sound.

GET THE SP2!!!!
