so my maintenance required light turned red so then it turned out i needed a radiator flush so i took it to a shop and when they were done i drove it for a while and now it makes this ******* loud *** ticking noise like somethings loose when i rev up, i dont overheat or anything the noise is just hella bad. help asap please. btw you i take this back to the shop and just have them fix it? well i just wanna know what makes the bad noise to see if i can fix it myself.

what type of chemical or detergent did they use on the flush? they could have ruined your water pump. the ticking noise when reving sounds like bad bearings on ther pump.

 

that could be a possibility, i just got a new water pump too.
