Get a Helms and learn to do it yourself.

Priceless.

Maybe try contacting some of the FL crew? I'm sure you could pay them in beer/food.

The most important of which is the valve adjustment, ... and oiling the antenna!
(not that changing the oil and rotating the wheels isn't important, as well )

I'll probably get grilled for using someone else's website, but this will tell you how to do a valve adjustment. This website is great for something like this...

Does Helms make a specific book for the Type R or is it just for the Integra in general?

Just get the 1998 integra book. Covers all of them.
The 97 book needs a supplment for the type r.

helms =$60
snap-on valve adjustment tool = part # YA8895 - 10mm - $46.10
honda bond = $10
a hurt back from a few hours under the hood = priceless

Integra in general, with reference's to different model specs including the R, and so on...so you will always be able to tune your R, with the helms.
