A brief description of myself
I'm a college student @ Clover Park Technical College in Lakewood, Wa
I just turned 20 on the 25th of May
My major right now is AutoCollision Technician, soon upholstery, and a few certifcations in the Automotive Tech side - Engine&Transmissions to be specific

Now for the car! I've been searching for this car eversinced I got my licensed. My love for the DA chassis grew when I first saw my brother's 1992 DA9 back in 1998. It was a white 1992 RS. from there I basically fell inlove with the body.

It took me 6 cars to get where I'm at now. Ever since I first bought my 1st Love which was a 1994 Honda Civic *B18C1 PWRd* VX Hatch when I was a junior in highschool. Then a delsol, then a 97 EK Hatch, back to a 92 civic, then to a 95 DC4, then now this sexy little DB2!

This one is a keeper out of all my cars that I've owned. But in the future I would like to buy another Frost White 94 Civic CX/VX body styled hatch.

Enough about that. I spent 3 LONG Quarters of school! which is almost 9 months in my book.

-Exterior- This is where a lot of manhours was spents, cuts, bruises, sore arms and legs came about.

Brand new front bumper -Damaged by previous owner-
CF hood *Painted* Bought for 100 *oxidatized* -Blocked out and painted-
JDM Thin Side Mouldings

Spoon Replica Egay Mirrors
Shaved Antenna of the Driver Side Rear upper Quarter Panel
Shaved Rear Window Washer Squirter
Replaced the Trunk w/ wing to a Trunk w/o wing
Replaced 92-93 Taillights with 90-91 Tailights *Used SUPERClean to get that white over red look but also OEM*
BTW the paintbrand used was Sikkens - A brand that specifcally used on vehicles based from Germany, and such surrounds, IE BMWs, Mercedes, and such

Let's just say I put quite a bit of time into the car. I'm talking about Priming, Sanding, Sanding, Sanding, Priming, WetSand, WetSand, WetSand, Sealer, Base and more sanding and sanding.

Very Very intense and that's just the outside and door/Trunk Jams.


Well enough about the blabbering lets get onto some pictures

Now I was on a timeWRECK! Today was actually my last school day for the quarter so I only have the body,fenders doors, and hood done.

The sideskirts, front bumper, lip, rear bumper, mirrors and mouldings are chilling in the paintbooth as we speak.

As for the criticism, I understand totally that everyone have their own unique style, I'm not all about JDM this and JDM that, I do like some of their trends not all.

But let's just keep the criticizing to a mature manner, I will not be heartbroke by the ones that would choose to altar the appearance of the vehicle, for which it wouldn't bother me because the destination that I'm heading is all in my imagination. AND IT'S COMING ALIVE AS WE SPEAK!

I was aiming for the way the car should've came out for when it stepped out of the showroom floor. I like everything to be one color, besides like the front grill to specific and certain other things.

Some may differ but like I said let's keep this post in a mature manner.

-Function&Form Type2 Suspension and let's not forget about the brakes
-Remove the gay ABS and use either Legend or NSX Calipers with nice vented/slotted/dimpled rotors, and some good bads*not sure what brand yet*
-Another CF hood and Trunk **Maybe*
-Some Interior mods, Blacked out grey plasic pieces and Red TypeRLike Suede Headliner, Maybe some F1Spec Seats Fiberglass and Paint Matched Back to the car, OEM ITR or S2000 Steering Wheel just lots of small misc. thangs!
-H2B will be the last step or 1st if I really want it bad enough! and aim for the 250WHP DailyDriver *NA* or for a good 15lbs of BOOSTED H22A POWER!

-Many things to do. Money, Time, Work, They all play their roll. It'll be a long and yet very very rewarding journey!

damn nice i just started my autocollision course hopefully i get good like that but my repaint class got cancel untill 9 weeks later damn....

That sucks dude! Yea I'm finishing off my last quarter in the body side. I'm already certified for paint/prep.

And yes I take a lot of pride in my work! I like to say that I did all the work that needs and will need to be done to the vehicle!

BTW the pictures don't do it justice, it was shot by a 3.2 Megapixel Samsung A990 Cellphone. It looks a lot better in person. Also it hasn't been wetsanded nor buff prior to picture taking.

It's a Sikkens Based brand. I've seen it in action and all the vehicles that been worked on in the shop left the door with that paint on there.

It's a brand based from Europe and the paints are the same paint that comes from the factory on BMW Mercedes at what not.

I just got my wheels in today! They are 16x7 Sportmax +38 in Silver with polished lip!

I guess it helps that I work at a tireshop partime while in school eh?

Don't bag on the wheels LOL. They are what I can afford for now until I can get some 15x7.5 in +25 =D

Sounds like me, I have been through a ton of different hondas in the past, but the only one that has stuck with me throughout it all was my DA. Can't seem to get away from them lol
