So after kicking around the idea of selling my car and getting something different (05 S2000, or an 03 SVT Cobra) I've decided that I wouldn't be happy with either car, and I have the car I have always wanted so why sell it?

I've spent the past week or two debating what I would want to do to her at the end of the season. I thought turbo but nah. JRSC I debated for the longest, and is still possible.

But the one thing I regret from when I had my old GSR was NOT putting in the Skunk2 Pro2 cams,gears,valvetrain,intake mani, and throttle body. I parted it all out, JDM fronted the car and sold it 6 months later.

So now here I am, going nuts to do a little motor work to my car.

I'm not looking for anything amazing out of the car. Just a little more fun on the street and somethin fun to track next season, drag and auto-x.

Only a few things holding me back from doing this sooner than I would like. I had to order new suspension since my Koni yellows took a crap on me so I spent $850 to replace the sussy. The other being, I still haven't sold my Advan's which would help me out great to do this little project.

200 whp would be nice. If I come up short than I will still be happy. I have already the p28, ordered the OBD2-OBD1 jumper harness. I'm still torn on what I want to run...Crome,Netpune,Hondata.

The cams of choice right now I HAVE NO IDEA!!! Looking into JUN, Toda and BC's. The valvetrain I will upgrade if I have to. I will most likely run a Toda header., Injen CAI and Apexi exhuast, ACT clutch and flywheel, AEM rail are already on the car.

The only things I really need right now is the advice on the cams and any other info you guys will have for me in my project.

for your goals maybe some skunk2 stage 2, or like u said keep them stock and get a jrsc with lht cooler kit

I would have asked you before but you mentioned that you wouldn't ship the advans, are you willing to now to get money to do stuff to your car?

thanks guys...after a month and a half of having the car back i FINALLY got the ITR quarter panel decal from acura today. seems liek a lifetime to wait for a decal!!

anyhow, i start a new job this coming monday so after the benefits kick in and i cancel my health insurance from my pocket i will be saving a ton of money.
