newbish question about ek rear seatbelt
k i have the rear seatbelt since the other one broke... the belt is all wound up in the device that it is in. How do i pull it out more give it alot more slack. It has the locking device and i try to push down the pins for the notches but it wont budge. How can i open it/alter do something to give it more slack(pull it out more)
