walbro fuel pump 255

i never change a fuel pump before and i found a good deal on a brand new walbro fuel pump its the 255 one. i was woundering if that is to much for a 91 civic si? There is also a 190 walbro size fuel pump.

Do you need to upgrade your fuel pump? Do you need the extra capacity of the 255 or even the 190? Unless you are boosted or on the bottle,
