well i got this 95 gsr a couple of days ago and i bought it for 2200 yeah thats right 2200!! with 192k miles and a AEM cold air in take, greddy header, straight piping(sounds like a steal to me) and i just wanna know what i should do next to the car and what would be good to add hp on my car and make it look better...btw it has a after market back bumper and for sure it is coming off but should i leave it stock or get a lip kit?

I would spend money on 3 things:
1). Returning the body to stock
2). Installing light weight 15" rims and sticky tires
3). Auto-crossing and track-day the hell out of it until your skills are greater than the car's abilities

That is to say it is not worth while to mod a car (improving its potential), if your skill as a driver is not great enough to make use of the stock vehicle's full potential.
Track-days and Auto-x are a great way to improve your car's performance, in that you will actually be able to utilize it.

Congrats on the buy. Looks like you got a pretty good deal! I would remove the back bumper, Wheels are ok if you like. don't forget to perform regular maintenance that you are not completely sure has been done by the previous owner.
omg that rear bumper screams rice!!! dont even drive it until its gone... you dont wanna get laughed at!! hahaha fenders too... i hate it when i see a riced integra... ricers disgrace the name of all japanese imports!
alond with every1 else chande the car back to stock look but definetly take the back bumper off lol but over all the car looks nice i would take all that off and just try and sell ti to someone else who wants to make there car show or sumthin or throw it all on ebay as one big kit for a couple 100 but overall the cars nice since its a gsr

not too late to make it look nicer. i'd say, imo, loose the rear/rims/fenders. u can get the 98 front end like someone stated above w/ like itr lip or just like the sir-g front lip for that current bumper and some 94-97 foglights (or not), if not willing to spend too much cash
with that price for that Geezer..thats a god damn steal! nice find and
Good luck on the build
and stop it with this calling Bodykits "Rice"

Couldn't have said it better.
My personal opinion:
- put on a stock rear bumper and stock front fenders
- make the front bumper fit a bit better
- get a real exhaust (GReddy SP2, Apexi WS2) if what you have is no-name crap
- paint the valve cover black again
- take the valve cover breather filter off and run the vacuum line from it to the intake (if it's a real aem intake it should have a spot for it)
- if you want the strut tower bar for its functionality, take what you have off and replace it with a PasswordJDM or Carbing bar if you have the money to drop, if not just put an OEM GSR one on. What's on there now is next to useless
- get some good wheels...go to Edge Racing or Tire Rack and pick out some nice 15" wheels that weigh less than 14lbs (so you're actually making some improvement over stock)
- save up and go to some autocrosses and progress to track days
Other than that, nice find...

umm 192k miles. I know hondas run forever and all that jazz...but the car was problably diven hard before. Now if you beat the CRAP out of it at an autocross or track day, I think a motor and possibly a trans should be in the budget.
OP: I would return the body to stock. Get some stock 98+ wheels while you're at it. That rear bumper makes me want to punch a baby.
If you live on the east coast, however, leave the body how it is, raise it up, and put 20'' wheels on it. lol.
Oh...and put a cat on it. Straight piping sounds, and smells like ****. Also...pollution FTL, brozef.
I would choose a different exhaust as well. Like a world sport...or....stock. Or ITR axleback. Those all look and sound and work great.
Be careful with your CAI with all that flooding lol. I know you have a bypass, but water mist can still get up there. There's a lot of dirt in puddles.

Dude. I have never seen such a liberal use of ellipses. I think he knows that rice the food and rice the car are different. I think that was his play on words/pictures. I like the use of ellipses, though. i'm a huge ellipse fan. I use them all the time...all....the....time......
p.s body kits usually look like junk.

cmon dude. there's pretty much NO hondas that look good in any body kits. Maybe the RSX with the mugen bumpers looks good. But that's about it. Well...the amuse bumper looks ok on S2000s too. But the stock peices look better.
