Default Shifting clicking

I have a 2000 ex civic, with a skunk2 short shift. My car has been running fine until today.I got in my car to go get lunch on my break, and when i shifted into first i feel this clicking and it feels looser. I turn down the music and start to drive. It drives fine but i have this kinda loud like clicking sound when i move to a diferent gear. Even when im stopping and put it in N it clicks, I dont know if its the bushing, the shifter is loose or its something else. I have had the skunk 2 if for about 6 months so i dont think it would just come loose someday. Anypone have any ideas?

Check your shift linkage and exhaust first, short shifters and aftermarket exhausts don't tend to like each other, they hit metal on metal often.
