how's it going guys?! well just so everyone understand this fine. I have a 94 civic cx hatch. I had a full obd 2 swap in it and it got stolen. They took the head off and cut my wire harness clean. Long story short. I got a obd1 Gsr head and build it. bought a obd1 gsr harness. So now i have a obd2 gsr block, obd1 gsr head, and obd1 gsr harness. The car cranks but wont start. I have fuel, my timing is right on, all plugs and grounds are good. I tought my dizzy was fukked so i bought a brand new one. Still nothing. Main relay is good as i can hear the fuel pump coming on and the tree clicks. My Firing ORder is fine!. Anybody know why this car isnt starting? im so tired of spending money and working on it and now i cant enjoy it for some reason. Any help is appreciated.

 

okay guys so i took off my valve cover and i need to know does a screw go in this hole, or not?

i noticed that the one to the right has a big allen screw in there but this left one
doesnt. Oil comes up from it. is there suppose to be a a screw in there or what?! somebody please help.

yea, i tought there wasnt a screw in there because there was oil in it and i coudnt see, i was getting ready to go see my machinist, hooked up one of those mechanic lights and shined thru and the bolt was there. thanks for posting

 

So did you ever get it started? I'm kind of it that same boat right now. Got spark, fuel, everything is right and it should start but it just cranks.
