Default Keepers w/ high lift cams?

Looking to see if anyone out there is running something other stock honda keepers with with high lift cams. Reason being is i heard that there is a chance of pulling a valve through a aftermarket titanium retainer when using high lift cams(in my case sk2 pro2's). I'm running a set of pro 1's right now and will be upgrading to pro 2's in my b20. Has anyone one heard or had any problems like this. If you are using aftermarket keepers, what are they, and is there any machining required to the retainer.

I have run stock keepers on my LSVTEC with Pro2+'s for 20,000 miles now, revving to 9,000 RPM on an almost daily basis.
