We need more info to help make a better recommendation; goals, budget, use of car, etc.
Intake - if thats your only mod its not even worth it, just save your money.

You can't go wrong with Koni Yellows with Ground Control Coilovers (off the shelf rates are fine). Just do a search and you'll see great reviews.

will the password jdm carbon intake fit in a gsr, i search online i didnt see one for integra, this is not the only mod, this is the begining
