Is it wurth it?
I would say it is worth it if you know what you are doing and what parts you will need, and are confident in your ability to source quality parts at reasonable prices, and install them yourself. If you are going to buy a full kit and pay someone else to put it on I would say go swap to a K.
(My opinion is from a bang for your buck kinda angle by the way)

id boost in all seriousness. i use to be a BIG k20a3 lover and wanted one in my car to boost it but since then (a yr or two), ive my goals for my car has changed and im boosting my D series.
performance wise, the boosted D will SMOKE the k20a3. At 5PSI in autos, they are already making 160whp+ with just the basics.
