Which seat?
I'm interested to get a bucket seat, and the candidates are the Recaro SRD or the Sparco Torino II. Problem is I can't decide cuz both are pretty good, and have good brand names. Which of these two would you recommend? Thanx

why do you like bride?
I haven't searched but do we have topics already about people with their reasons on which seats?

I dunno I'm 5'10 and 160 lbs so by no means a big guy, but when I took a ride in my friends R32 skyline he had bride seats (one of the non adjustable models don't know the series) it felt like I had put my butt a set of vice grips! Never ever want to sit in that seat again! I don't care if I get to sport around in a spiffy car no more bride seats for me.

LOL the takata alone will cost you gold
Anyways guys of course the racing seats designed to have your body a perfect fit to hold you in place during cornering so for those having a fat *** I dont know if they have a size suitable for you. by the way havent seen a fat guys driving in F1, WRC, JGTC etc. less weight of course is advantage. So if you're planning to go for autocross better loose your weight before the event it will make your car responsive due to less weight hehehe... I didn't mean to say this but lets face the fact

i've got sparco torino II's and i personally like the seats alot as far as comfort. color choices aren't that great but are ok. seats fit me fine and i have driven for hours at the time and also had them at the track and they held me in place fine. no complaints at all about the seats. a couple of my friends who are smaller than me say the seats don't hold them in as well.
i've sat in the recaro's and they don't feel much different. the recaro's are probably a little softer than the sparco seats. and i think the sparco's are a little stiffer on the sides.
overall both great seats. it's just a personal preference. dont waist your money on bride seats though.
