Default rear suspension update

for those who remember i have posted up before about my rear suspension and how it got fucked up thanks to my cousin. well heres some old pics and an update.

okay i went to a honda junkyard in long beach and got the whole deal, the crossbeam, lower control arms, sway end bar (didnt need it), new rotor complete with the whole knuckle and hub assembly and me and my friends were able to put everything back up fine except for one crucial part, one of the bolts in the crossbeam. right now its being held on by 3 out of the 4 bolts and we test drove it and it didnt feel safe with the back end kind of swaying around like it was loose and all. as you see in the pics the blue circle indicates on the driver side where the crossbeam is bolted in, and the red circle indicates where there is no bolt. we actually tried to bolt the crossbeam in with the current condition to see if we could somehow get lucky and the nut with where the bolt threads into got ripped out of the frame. so im kinda pissed about that. is it possible to replace that part of the frame where the crossbeam bolts onto? or will i have to have the the nut welded back into the frame? and how can i somehow flatten the area where bolt threads into? or is this beyond repair? i need input asap please! i really need to get my baby back on the road again, its been about 6 months now! everything is good except that one damn bolt! thanks.

edit:
i called around a few body shops in my area and they seem like they dont know ****. i went to the honda dealership here and the ******** wouldnt let me talk to a tech and wouldnt give me any advice with me bringing my car there and paying them 80 bones to look at it. this motor sports shop and was told that the floor pan which is where they said the crossbeam bolts onto, needs to have the housing welded back into it. i called a welding shop and they told it would run me about 50-80 bucks to weld it back in but i need to know if getting it done there would be the best thing to do considering my alignment is riding on this and if they dont do a perfect job my alignment could be fucked permanent.

I would call around to some more welding/body shops until you find someone you trust...the dealer will bend you over to fix that.
