Install Power Windows and Locks in 05 Civic?

I just picked up an 05 Civic VP Coupe (5-speed) and I was wondering how hard it would be to install the parts for power windows and locks. Any information or links to information would be appreciated.

Also, does anybody know what the VP stands for?

You know, I did search and I couldn't find anything. I found information on this board about broken ones but not straight up installing them. I figured hey, ask and maybe somebody who knows something will lend a hand to a Honda n00b.

VP=Value Package, makes sense...

What's wrong with Schaumburg? (I'm not from there, I just live there)
