Dude, check out this insurance company. Wawanesa. They are based out of San Diego. I am 19 and have an 03 Civic Si and I pay about $130 a month for full coverage. All other companies wanted like 3 to 4 hundred. They are pretty strict about who they insure so having a DUI might screw you over, but give it a shot.

I cant speak for them but what I can say for other cheap insurance companies is when it comes to claims you will be sorry you did not pay a little more for a better reputation company. Also the civic si is a completely different car to insure. I had one, an 02 sir before that and I was paying a little under 800 every 6 months with VERY high coverage and low deductibles.

What do you expect? You were driving while drunk...you're lucky any company will even talk to you.
An RSX-S is already expensive to insure, let alone when you have a bad driving record.

I got a DUI in and RSX, wrecked it. Bought a new one and my insurance with progressive (Full Coverage) is 45 dollars a month. I am however 25. You best bet is to call an auto insurance firm, and what they do is call all of the top insurance companys and find the cheapest for you. Its even cheaper then you can get it. Thats what I did!
OP: Where do you live in San Diego? I'll make sure never to drive in that area.
Edit
How do you still have a license? You're a minor who was charged with a DUI. Isn't his license supposed to be suspended?
