Possibly stolen Apex'i WS N1 DAMPER coilover??? Story

Apexi N1 Coilover WS
For honda civic 96-00
I know there arent many in the area.
Story
Im at work and some guy comes in (we will leave races out of this but he is south of the border) and he hands me a blown Apexi N1. He has no idea what it is.
maybe I am being an ******* and sterotypical but hit me up if you need any info on him, I got some.
