not a log manifold, but not a nice collector manifold
exhaust manifold was cracked in 2 spots during dyno---fixed it once we were done
headgasket was a little leaky before we got started. again fixed after we were done
this was at 34psi. we made another pull at 40psi, it just spun the tires too bad to get a horsepower reading....was making well into the 800's and broke the 600ft/lbs of torque mark too.
this was only with ruffly 10 degree's ignition advance. since the head gasket was in ruff shape, we were just trying to dial in the fuel curve close so we could finish the tune up at the track.
fwiw the car broke the 160mph barrier at the track

Very nice. There a couple of Evolutions/DSMs using this application with some fantastic results. Was this in the .83A/R with 83.4mm diameter wheel or the T4 .90 Divided?

The ones we make for the SFWD class use a 71.8mm compressor wheel and a 83mm turbine wheel. The turbine a/r's are 90, 1.00, 1.10, 1.25.
The compressor flow is 94lbs a minute.

Are you planning to change the cams, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, etc in order to make this setup as effiecient as possible or are you going to run it as is??
Do you have any of the graphs that show RPM rather than speed?? I'd be interested to see when this thing spooled up completely

unfotunatly i dont remember the exact specs on the turbo. as far as i know it was a JE 9.5 compression piston...springs/retainers....self done port job, stock cams, and skunk2 intake manifold.
idle wasnt too bad with the injectors, just a little high. the car came to me with a map already in it, i just tweaked on it from there. first pull was 520 horsepower at the same boost level. picked up over 200 horsepower in 4 pulls, that was kinda cool.
we are now a Borg Warner dealer so we would be glad to help anybody out with a turbocharger.
there could easilly be more power made, like i say we hit the 600wtq mark. unfortunatly the car is out of fuel reaching about 95% duty in the 40psi range.
next step for the car is a boost controller (trying to do a NLR if the $ is there) and get it dialed in. its making plenty of power. it went nearly a full second faster ET on the very first run after it got off the dyno.
i'd love to see what a 372 would do on my car. the 42r 85lb a min. turbo made 859whp on my car. i'd think a 94lb a min. turbo could easilly put me up into the 900whp range.

yea i think it could pick up with a true stand alone too. at the track the car went from 10-11 degree's in the map to being corrected back down to 2-3 degree's because of coolant temp corrections that are non adjustable.

NepTune's ECT correction factors are definable. lol

with the weldon 2015 pump i was at 120% duty (another words the injectors were just wide open)
with the aeromotive pro series pump im about 85-95% depending on how well the computer wants to let the car run LOL
H22's are not as effecient as b series. they require more fuel. kind of like how a DSM bsfc sucks. they also make a lot more torque. more torque = more fuel
