Mine didn't come with the pegs to attach it to the chassis. Are the pegs from the 96-00 USDM mirrors re-usable? Just use a vice grip to get them out... er?

I've never had anything to do with ctr mirrors, but I would imagine the studs are reusable. Thread one nut onto a stud. Then thread another nut on top of the first and tighten them against each other. Once tightened together, use a wrench and back out the lower nut, it should lock against the upper and then start to turn the stud out. Use the top nut to re-install. Then unlock the nuts once you have the stud locked in tight.
