Full face HJC CS-12 helmets for $45 (good deal?)
http://www.denniskirk.com/jsp/...mmyId=
I found this deal online, and thought that many who visit this site might find it useful also... I snagged one up for $52 shipped.
I am not sure if this helmet has a SA 2000 rating on it, but for most autocrosses this should not be that big a deal. It is a cheaper motocycle helmet with mixed reviews.
Mods - Please move/delete if this content is inappropriate in the roadrace/auto-x section...just want to share a pretty good deal i stumbled upon!

and 99% of tracks won't allow you to race at all with anything under a SA2000, and many places are pushing SA2005 as their new standard. I don't really know why places stock those DOT helmets, they are damn near worthless except for demolition derby guys, maybe people that race farm tractors. I personally don't stock anything thats not snell 2005 approved

LOL! As noted above, this helmet does not have a Snell rating on it, and most autocrosses will NOT permit it to be used.
