I just recently purchased a 96 se integra and I noticed that the door on the passenger side does not close all the way. When looking from the rear of the car, on the driver side the door is flush when it is closed but on the passenger side it sticks out about 1 inch. Could this vehicle have been in an accident or is there something that I can do to fix it? Thanks to all who reply

 

You could try adjusting the striker and hinges...

 

sorry for the stupidity but how exactly is that done. I am pretty mechanically inclined so if you can just guide me in the right direction. thanks
