i was wonderin if you guys could tell me what are the best single cam parts to use that are stock. such as
injectors
fuel pump
intake
throttle body
exhaust manifold
im buildin another car that is OBD0 and tryin to keep it all stock but the best of the stock parts. im just lookin for yalls opinions.

 

D16Y8 intake manifold, exhaust manifold and throttle body are the best of the stock parts. all injectors are pretty much the same.

 

well see right now i have a Y8 manifold on my civic with an LS throttle body. i didnt know whitch would be better. i was also wonderin about camshafts. if any of the non- vtec cams had bigger lobes than others. i know the A6 and the B7 are the same. so what other options do i have.

well hopefully my second motor will work good. it is a D15B8 block and bottom end. a D16A6 head and assembly. D16Y8 inatke manifold with an OBD0 LS throttle body. OBD1 fuel rail retrofitted with prelude injectors. still not quite sure which exhaust manifold will flow the best. if i have to ill just run a header. ill hopefully be able to dyno the car by the end of september.
