i think this is the right place to post this. has anyone ever done an hid retrofit to stock del sol headlights? is it possible to use the tsx (or whatever) projectors and retrofit them to the stock del sol headlights? And what parts will I need if its possible?

a bunch of people have done conversions on that board.

 

you can use the stock housings, but your gonna want to get some sort of clear lense on there though. the stock fluted ones suck. just as easy to pick up a set of aftermarket lights and retro those.

 

im planning to do this into a set of aftermarket one piece headlights soon

 

has anyone done a retro fit into the small inner circle headlights? i always thought that would look pretty cool

the problem with doing the aux. lights is they are so small, its hard to find projectors that fit them. I think I've seen one person do it, but I cant remember where I saw it at.

these are actually my second set that i've made. the first ones didn't come out all that great, but they worked well. i don't have any pics of them when they were complete, but they were rough. believe it or not, when i bought these headlights, they were actually chrome and very cheap looking (thanks ebay).
