Default D-series stroker

has anyone done the D17 stroker for the D16 - I read up on it in a past Honda Tunning.

I am interested in working a project like this but I want to get some insight on it before I jump into it.

thanks in advance

it has a ton of great info - I would want a bit more streetable motor(cant run it on race fuel all the time).

I am thinking of running D15B7 pistons in it to lower the compression.

If anyone can verify that compression ratio please let me know.

D15B7 pistons would be out of the whole, and the valve reliefs would need to be enlarged if you're running anything other than a A6/B7 head. Just run the GX pistons. You can adjust your CR by how much you mill/deck, as well as HG, chamber work, valves, etc.

or you just don't need to reweld the head and bring the CR up to 13:1 because of the head
