Default What shocks/springs to get?

For some reason its not in the FAQ. So can someone forward me to a good post with people reviews about shocks & springs or what combo is the best to go with. Right now I am looking at Tokico and KYB but I am not sure with which to go or what springs to get.
Thank you very much

I am looking to spend about $300-400 for shock's and springs
Dont want to lower the car ore then 1.5" cuz its my winter car
Want the car to handle very well and will do ok with a mildly bumpy ride

I would say with that kind of drop KYB or Tokikos would be a good buy on your budget. If you go any lower than 1.5" I would say to look into some Koni struts, but they are more expensive.

As for springs, I've heard everyone hate one spring and love another. From what I've gathered, you should check out H&R springs because they are pretty good quality and fairly low priced.

However, I have Tokiko Blues w/ Espelir active super down springs (I think about 2-2.25 drop) and they ride pretty rough. Of course I bought the setup used so I can't say much about them, but mine do ride rough.
I guess I should say that I have tires with not a lot of sidewall either so that could add to the roughness. But it sure rides better than my blown oem struts and looks a whole lot better dropped.

agx's and H&R sports

Nice and cheap, and still adjustable.
