well that depends.
if it has been clipped, i wouldnt feel comfortable goin fast with it. but thats just me.

if its been clipped correctly it will be stronger than the factory. mig welds are much stronger than spot welds. as far as owning a salvaged title car as long as you get a good deal on it and it was repaired correctly it should be no big deal.
