what do yall think about the borla exhaust i am thinking about getting it but i dont know what it will sound lik on my 02 type s or what other exaust systems do yall stand by and trust

 

im not a fan of borla at all..depends on how much money yourlooking to spend really. try hks, apexi, j's racing, fujisitbo powergetter, mugen, toda, greddy...

 

i think its great ... ive heard a couple of borlas but not on a dc5 ... im guessing they sound pretty loud but very very deep ... not sure about the performance on them ... all up to you on what you like to put on your car ... good luck

 

I have a magnaflow on my EP3 and I am very happy with it. Really deep, rich, very predictable exhaust. Kind of on the loud side sometimes, but only when really throttling it. And low throttle just cruising, super quiet.

I love borla exhausts. I don't think some people like it because its not the typical ricey sound that most of the exhausts put out. The borla sounds alot deeper. With a million mile warranty, you can't go wrong. One thing though, their exhaust are designed for a stock engine. If you plan on getting a bunch of mods, i would probably choose something else.
