*What could make my injectors bad if not super charger?*
Ok so i did a search for this and could not find anything. So the guy that owned my car before me supercharged it and left everything stock...the check engine light came on so i took it to the deal to have them check on it, they told me that my injectors were bad because of the supercharger...so i got them out and they are all sorts of dirty, so i called me mechanic and he told me that it could not have been the supercharger...so now im confused, what could it be if not the supercharger?
ok, i was going to change my plugs today, and ill do my fuel filter to, thanks...anything else?

hahahah
cap/rotor
if not take a wire brush to the rotor
seriously
1st mistake was buying a car that was supercharged without knowing what you were getting into.
2nd since u took it to th edealer you should not have disclosed any info to the dealer about it being supercharged before...

wow, 5 gold stars for you S@nt0s, i have realized that, and now its time to get it fixed and really dont have time for sarcasim. When i had the codes pulled last before i cleaned out the injectors it was pulling 3 different codes, im going to have them pulled again tomorrow and ill let you know what they are, but yes i am useing the stock ECU it has not been changed. could it be a bad sensor?

thats fine and dandy...
but we still dont know what codes were thrown, why the mechanic said the supercharger "messed up the injectors"
only thing is if the injectors were upgraded and the supercharger was ran off a FMU then when it was removed it car still has the larger injectors and the ECU is lost....

that would make sense, but i dont think that the injectors were upgraded. Im going to get the codes pulled again later today and ill come back and let you know what they are k.
ok so i whent and replaced my spark plugs and had my codes pulled again and they told me that i was miss-fireing on all 4 cylinders...my mechanic told me to replace the fuel filter and that might help...what do you think??
yah ever time i have them pulled the codes are cleared and then the check engine light comes right back on after driving for about 10-15 minutes. im not to sure what the codes were before i cleaned the injectors but before i changed my sparks it was reading that all 4 were missfireing and then after they were changed it pulled the same thing...
really you could blame the pro charger, fmu, or bad luck. basically with most pro chargers you have a fmu which raise the fuel pressure under boost, inter letting in more fuel (to compensate for add air). your injector holds back this pressure until the electric solenoid is activated (via ecu). now if you think about the fact that stock injector were made to hold back certain pressures. their may just be a possibility of failure due to higher pressures.. or your car just hates you...
if you want the code description and diagnosis procedures i can email them to you.
have a good one
