ecu question

i just got a state ref ticket. i have a chip p28 ecu and stage 1 cams, would i still be able to pass smog. also do i have a choice of payin it off ?

sorry man i dont know wha sniffer means but im guessin smog? i donno at the moment just got the ticket but the officer said that i have to pass emmision
