the sticker on the case was gone when i got it from hmotors is there somewhere else i can look

There should also be a casting number on the inside of the clutch housing above the input shaft.

 

SiR II or maybe an XSi? Not totally positive, but I think it's one of the two.

i have the jdm swap too.i was told it was pulled from a japanese del sol.and the engine and the tranny are never taken apart.
my jdm b16a sir 2 trany's serial number is y21........
