It's a ctr wing. With homemade brackets attached to a regular civic wing. Possibly a cx wing.

I would have no idea but look nice though.

I can say that thats not attached to a stock DX/CX spoiler though, as you can see theres a mounting spot for the the other spoiler.

You're right. It's attached to a CTR base. The CTR bases have flat extensions that the CTR wings bolt to.
