Not sure whos it is but it used to be for sale on jdmcivic and the new owner is selling it. I think it used to have some gold volks on it.

Yeah I'm thinking about buying it, I just wish I could talk to the owner but no luck yet. If it had the Buy It Now option it'd be sold already so I'm hoping to find the owner.
