i have a 99ex with b16a in it

throwing a CODE 15, Ignition Output Signal** i was reading on other peoples problem about the CODE 15, by changing cap rotor n coil....
*but i got another dizzy from 00 si, which was running(cuz he drove the car to my house) put in that distributer n still the car wont start.... WTFF

i also check the fuses it seems to be good, not one is blown on both fuse boxes....

need some help !!!!

 

any honda heads know wassupz????? please need this car to run already... so i can go to school!!!!

 

dumb question but i have to ask. have you checked the wiring to the ignition to see if anything is loose and did you just do this swap and now it won't start or has it been a running driving car?

the car was running before, i blew the tranny, then i bought another tranny, n installed the new tranny, and now im stuck...yeahh...

take one off any obd1 dizzy they are al the same

 

i changed the whole dizzy from a running car....
