This might sound rediculous, but is there a way to grab the serial # of the stereo without ripping out the stereo? Or having to pay 90.00 for someone from Honda to do it?

*its a 2000 civic

 

well there are only two ways to do this.

1. take it in and pay then to do it OR
2. tak it out your self and go in with the SN number and thay will give you the code. and if there like my dealer it's FREE.


and if thay tell you thay want money for the code after pulled the radio your self.
then just save you pennies till you can get a REAL stereo.

 

I feel your pain man, my radio won't work either...it's been like 7 months lol I'm too lazy to take it out or buy a new one.
